About Me

Howdy! My name is Lilac, and this is my website. I like computers, birds, and music.

Computers

I write embedded firmware and POSIX/Linux applications using C. I administrate all my own web services using Nix and Shell.

Here is a sample of my software:

NixOS Configuration

Pigeon

Code Autograder

Tanager

QMK Ergodox EZ Shine Firmware

Sometimes, I write about computers:

Birds

I adore birds. They are very cheerful little fellows. I take photos of them and try to submit birding checklists to eBird whenever I get the chance. You can see some of my photos here!

Music

I listen to all sorts of music. Curating my own collection of CDs and interacting with my local music scene are some of the most rewarding things I do.
